Frequently Asked Questions

Does it turn on by itself?

Yes. Once switched on, the lights turn on automatically after dark. They may not light during the day or in a bright room. This is normal.

Can I leave them outdoors in the rain?

Yes. They're made for outdoor display through the rainy Ber months. Hang the tubes securely and place the panel where rain drains off easily.

Can I charge it without sunlight?

Yes. On cloudy days, charge the battery box with the included USB cable.

How long does it stay on?

On a full charge in full sun, the lights glow for 7-10 hours. Runtime varies with sunlight, weather and the light mode you choose.

What light modes are there?

8 modes: Steady, Twinkle, Wave, Slow Glow, Slow Fade, Flashing, Sequence and Blink. Press Mode on the battery box to switch.

How many nets do I need?

Shrubs usually need 1 to 2 sets, trees 2 to 4, and gutters 4 or more. Each set has its own solar panel.
