📦 Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our solar products and want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

🔁 Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

Item must be in its original condition – unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging
You must provide a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

📩 How to Start a Return

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you:

A return shipping label
Detailed instructions on how and where to send the package

❗ Please do not send any items back without first contacting us. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

🚨 Damages & Issues

Inspect your item immediately upon delivery. If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at hey@solarmanila.co right away so we can make it right.

🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

Sale or discounted items
Gift cards
Used solar products that show signs of installation or wear

🔄 Exchanges

Need a different item? The fastest way is to return your original purchase, and once approved, place a new order for the product you want.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether your refund was approved.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received a refund, email us at hey@solarmanila.co
